Compliment?

"I mean you are beautiful, you're smart, you're funny, you're.....sassy.....I'm surprised you don't have a husband. Why aren't you married yet?"

"Uh, you mean 'Obviously there has to be something wrong with you?'"

"You know what I mean.."

I am not sure if this is an insult or a compliment...what do you think?
