Today I have ate the following foods:
Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg; 1/2 2% cheese slice; 1/2 wheat toast. Sipped on decaf tea with sweet & low.
Lunch: 1 cup of sugar free jello pudding; 1 slice of summer sausage, courtesy of Tony. Sipped on water.
Mid-Snack: Grazed on some small ham, turkey & cheese slices at Lisa' Mary Kay party. Also had a few cherry tomatoes. Sipped on diet sprite.
Dinner: 1 cup of vegetable soup; 1/2 grilled chicken salad with fat free Italian. Sipped on water with lemon.
According to fitday.com, I have consumed around 950 calories today. Maybe not even that much considering it won't let me figure in halves.
The weirdest thing is not having hunger pains. Seriously. It's like...I know when I need to eat, but I don't feel the 'oh god, I gotta eat right this second...' feeling.
Tomorrow I start my walking routine. I cannot start exercising (like weights, lifting, etc) until I see my doctor in July. But walking will be good. Good start.
